Program Requirements
Clinical fellowship (SLP-CFY) applicants seeking to enter this program must complete the following:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related degree from an accredited institution

A passing score on the Praxis Exam

Complete online application with updated resume attached

Complete 1,260 hours of clinical experience under the direct supervision of a ASHA certified SLP (will be provided)
