Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a dependable, adaptable educator who is passionate about specialized instruction and committed to helping learners make progress toward their individual goals. Our organization is seeking a skilled Special Education Teacher to support students within a Washington school district during the 2026–2027 academic year.
This full-time opportunity is suited for an educator who can recognize individual learning needs, develop effective instructional approaches, and create a classroom environment where students are encouraged to grow academically and develop greater independence. The selected teacher will provide specialized instruction based on students’ abilities, educational needs, and IEP objectives. Daily responsibilities will include modifying instructional materials, delivering targeted lessons, evaluating student progress, and using performance data to determine appropriate next steps.
The educator will also maintain close communication with families and collaborate with teachers and school-based professionals to coordinate student services.
Requirements
Strong instructional planning, classroom management, and organizational abilities. Bachelor's or master's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related discipline. Background in resource, inclusion, or self-contained classroom environments preferred.
Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and school personnel. Valid Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement, or eligibility to obtain the required certification.
