Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to recruit a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a self-contained classroom serving approximately 10 students, primarily with autism. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to provide specialized instruction in a structured learning environment where individualized attention is essential.
Students may have a wide range of academic, developmental, behavioral, communication, and daily living needs. The selected educator will use creative instructional approaches, consistent routines, and individualized support strategies to help each student work toward meaningful progress. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with the appropriate Special Education endorsement. Ability to create individualized instructional approaches and maintain an organized, positive classroom.
Previous experience working with students with autism, significant support needs, or in a self-contained special education setting is preferred.
